It shouldn’t surprise any of us that a Gallup poll recently released its finding that on the job stress is the #1 reason for employee dissatisfaction in the American workplace.
And for our working Moms, stress is so prevalent that a whopping 86% of them report feeling stressed.
Our sluggish economy has provided us with a double edged sword--- “right sizing” has slashed jobs while piling on the workload to remaining workers. With no end in sight.
So how do you keep an eye on your valuable employees to insure that they don’t burn out and flame out?

Your job as leader is to insure that you pick the best people, give them the resources that they need to get the job done and then give them the freedom to their job well.
